Imitation Enamel process (smooth surface, can be electroplated in various colors)
Based on the baking varnish process, the protruding metal parts are ground flat to achieve a smooth surface effect.
Material for production: copper, zinc and aluminum
The surface is smooth and round, and the texture is like ceramic. It can be electroplated with various electroplating colors and filled with various color pastes.
Working principle: Imitation enamel uses color paste. After filling, use cylinder polishing to grind the metal to the same plane as the color paste, without any bumps.
Note: The same groove filling, baking varnish has a bumpy feeling, and imitation enamel is flat.
Application: Used for mid-to-high-end event badges, challenge coins, badge collections, etc.
