Q1: How should I start an order?
A1: Simple to order with 3 Steps:
Step 1 – Send your artwork
Step 2 – Provide your organizational details and special instructions (e.g. quantity, item type)
Step 3 – Your written quotation within 24 hours along with a proof for your approval
Q2: What is the MOQ?
A2: The MOQ is 100pcs. We do accept lower quantities but the unit price will be much higher, considering the original cost in production.
Q3: What file formats are available for artworks?
A3: We prefer outlined artwork in Ai/ CDR/ PDF / Stl; JPG / EPS/ PNG/ PSD GIF/ PPT/ DOC are also acceptable.
Q4: Do you offer free artwork service?
A4: Yes, we offer FREE artwork service. However we will charge some revision fee when artwork revised over 3 times required by your side, please kindly understand.
Q5: How long does it take to receive my custom artwork?
A5: It usually takes 3 days, but finally depending on the artwork complexity and the workload of the design team. No more than 5 days normally.
Q6: What about the lead time?
A6: Sample: 7-10 days
Production: 20 days (big order need more days accordingly)
Q7: Can I get a sample for review?
A7: Yes, FREE sample can be sent to you (our stock samples), kindly note freight collect at your side.
Q8: Do you accept rush orders?
A8: Usually, the time of each process is almost changeless. Please allow up 10-15 days before delivery for your rush orders.
Q9: You are factory or trade company?
A9: We are factory, with in-house design team.
Q10: What kind of payment method you can accept?
A10: TT, PayPal, Western Union
Q11: What is the payment terms?
A11: Normally 100% in advance. For good old customer, we accept 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment.
Q12: Do you offer a quality guarantee?
A11: Yes, we do inspection before shipping. If defective products found after delivered, either refund you the money, or rapidly remake the products for you.
Q12: If I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again?
A12: No worries, we will help you keep the mold for 3 years, during this time, you don’t need to pay any mold fee for the same design.
Q13: Can I get the mold fee refunded when order placed?
A13: The mold fee will be refunded when order quantity reach up to 10K.
Q14: How fast can we get a price for custom item?
A14: If we get all clear request of the products from your side then It takes 30 mins to 1 hour to make a quotation sheet for you.
Q15: What guarantee do I have that assures me I will get my order from you since I have to pay in advance? What happens if the products you shipped are wrong or poorly made?

Q16: How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped?

A17: Yes, we warmly welcome customer provide their own logo.
Q18: How many plating colors are available?
Q18: We can make different color plating, such as gold, silver, nickel, black nickel, antique gold, satin silver, 2-tone plating, etc. We are going to send the plating color swatch for your review.
Q19: Express shipping is too high, any other options?
A19: Yes, of course, the shipping cost is not charged by us, but we could choose the most economic plan for you.
