Step 1: Design:Digital Design & Mold Making
Creation of Art Work: The art work of the guitar design transformed in 3D model, render in CAD programs.
Die Stamping: The zinc alloy sheet is punched with the mold to obtain the badge shape.
Step 2: Base Enamel Application
Full Filled Color: A durable epoxy paint is hand applied to the recessed parts of the coin, and then baked with a hard clear enamel for protection.
Plating: Imitation gold plated electrode with the same color, uniform plating, covering corrosion resistance.
Quality Control of the 3′ RACE‐RTPCR Products
Defect Checking: Ensure consistent color, no plating defects and no mold errors.
Pack: OPP bag is individually packed to prevent from scrathes.
