1. Objective
To remove the polishing wax residue on the product surface after polishing.

3. Working Principle of Ultrasonic Cleaning
– The cleaning agent is heated to boiling point.
– Through a transducer, the acoustic energy from the power ultrasonic frequency source is converted into mechanical vibration.
– Ultrasonic waves are radiated into the cleaning agent in the tank via the tank wall.
– Under ultrasonic radiation, micro-bubbles in the liquid maintain vibration under sound wave action, destroying the adsorption between dirt and the cleaning piece surface. This causes fatigue failure of the dirt layer, leading to its detachment.
– Vibration of gas-type bubbles scrubs the solid surface.
4. Clean Water Tank Process
– Objective: To rinse the product after ultrasonic cleaning.
– Working Principle:
Typically, there are five clean water tanks. After ultrasonic cleaning, the product is sequentially immersed in the first to fifth clean water tanks to remove residual dirt from the ultrasonic treatment.
