Working Principle:
The heating method of the tunnel oven is hot air circulation. It uses the principle of convection conduction to heat the oven, so as to achieve the drying and solidification of the custom event badge.

After drying, the custom event badge is conveyed to the packing workshop along the conveyor belt. It is cooled down before being unhung and packed. If the product is unhung and packed without being cooled, the paint on the product has not completely solidified, which will cause defects such as sticking to the box or other packaging items.
