Vacuum Treatment
Purpose: To remove air from the paint, ensuring no bubbles form when the paint is applied to the product.
Equipment: Rotary vane vacuum pump
Working Principle:
It utilizes an eccentric rotor in the pump chamber to change volume through rotation, thereby expelling gas out of the pump. Specifically, during the suction process, the volume of the suction chamber increases, reducing vacuum pressure and drawing gas from the container into the pump chamber. During the exhaust process, the volume decreases, increasing pressure, and finally, the sucked gas is discharged out of the pump through oil sealing.
