Painting oil(Spraying)
Purpose:
To enhance the gloss and oxidation resistance of custom pin badges. It’s generally categorized into matte oil, semi-matte oil, and glossy oil, each tailored to different finish needs of custom pin badges.
Key Equipment:
Electrostatic spray gun, the core tool for precise and uniform application on custom pin badges.

Working Principle:
– An air hose supplies air to the spray gun: part of the air powers the turbine, and the rest is used to atomize the painting fluid.
– The turbine generates electricity, which is converted into high-voltage current via an electric box for the gun’s electrode.
– A pump delivers the fluid to the hose and spray gun. As the fluid passes through the electrode, it gets electrostatically charged.
– The charged fluid is attracted to the grounded custom pin badges, surrounding them and adhering evenly to all surfaces—ensuring full coverage even on intricate details of custom pin badges.
In short, painting is a vital step for custom pin badges, boosting both their visual appeal and durability through a simple yet effective electrostatic process.
