6 Capability Areas Under One Factory Workflow

1.In-House Design & Artwork
Logo-to-product artwork conversion, production drawing, color separation, plating and finish notes, visual proof preparation — our design team checks production feasibility before mold making begins.

2.Mold Development
3D mold drawing, CNC engraving, mold making, heat treatment and trial sample review. A well-made mold defines shape accuracy, relief detail and production consistency across entire order.

3. Metal Forming & Materials
Die casting (zinc alloy), die stamping (brass/iron/copper), etching, spin casting and PVC molding — each method matched to your design depth, material, shape complexity and budget.

4. Surface Finishing & Coloring
Polishing, plating (gold/silver/copper/black nickel/antique/matte), soft enamel, hard enamel, transparent enamel, glitter, glow and epoxy coating — the right finish defines the final product style.

5. Printing & Personalization
UV printing, screen printing, pad printing, offset printing and laser engraving for full-color artwork, gradients, photos, sequential numbering, names, dates and QR codes.

6. Assembly, QC & Packaging
Pin backs, keyrings, magnets, ribbons, chains, bottle opener mechanisms — assembled and inspected before packing. Quality control runs across production stages, not just at the end.
In-House Design and Artwork Preparation
Many custom promotional gift orders do not arrive as production-ready files. Buyers often have only a logo, sketch, campaign theme, photo or reference product. Our in-house design team prepares artwork that can be reviewed, quoted and produced — with manufacturing feasibility checked from the start.
A visually appealing image does not always work for mold making, enamel filling, printing, plating or assembly. Our designers think in terms of production constraints — helping you avoid unclear specifications before sampling and bulk production begin.

Mold Development for Custom Shapes and 3D Details
For custom metal promotional gifts, mold development determines shape accuracy, relief detail, logo clarity and production consistency. A well-made mold defines the final product outline, raised and recessed areas, 2D or 3D relief, text sharpness and surface structure — for every piece in your order.

This is especially critical for custom challenge coins, lapel pins, keychains, fridge magnets, medals and any custom-shaped product where design detail directly affects perceived quality.
Metal Forming: Die Casting, Stamping, Etching and More
Different products need different forming methods. The right choice depends on material, design depth, shape complexity, order quantity and budget. Below is a comparison of the five main forming methods we run in our factory:
|
Method |
Best For |
Materials |
Key Advantage |
|---|---|---|---|
|
Die Casting |
3D relief, complex shapes, challenge coins, keychains, medals, functional gifts |
Zinc alloy |
High detail, full 3D, smooth surface |
|
Die Stamping |
Lapel pins, badges, flat logo products, cost-sensitive bulk |
Brass, iron, copper |
Clean raised/recessed, cost-effective at volume |
|
Etching |
Thin badges, flat designs, fine line artwork |
Brass, iron, stainless |
Fine detail when stamping is not suitable |
|
Spin Casting |
Full 3D small products, special structures, creative projects |
Pewter, low-temp alloys |
Complex 3D geometry, lower tooling cost |
|
PVC / Rubber Molding |
PVC keychains, rubber magnets, mascots, cartoon designs |
Soft PVC, rubber |
Colorful, lightweight, soft-touch |
Surface Finishing, Plating and Coloring Options
Plating and surface finishing shape the final look of a promotional gift. A corporate logo pin, an antique challenge coin, a souvenir keychain and a retail fridge magnet each need a different finish to match the buyer’s market and brand identity.

Our plating options include shiny gold, shiny silver, copper, brass, black nickel, chrome, matte gold, matte silver, matte black, antique gold, antique silver, antique brass, antique copper, color spray and electrophoresis. Shiny finishes create a bright, clean look. Antique finishes emphasize recessed detail — popular for challenge coins and commemorative items. Matte finishes suit modern, understated branding.

For coloring, we support soft enamel (recessed color, raised metal lines — our most-used process for lapel pins and keychains), imitation hard enamel (smoother surface, ideal for corporate and retail products), transparent enamel (glass-like effect over textured surfaces), glitter enamel, glow-in-the-dark enamel and epoxy coating for surface protection.

If your artwork uses gradients, photos, maps, small text or complex illustrations, printing may work better than enamel. We will recommend the right approach based on your specific artwork and product type.

Assembly, Quality Control and Packaging

Many promotional gifts need assembly after the main body is complete — pin backs, keyrings, magnets, chains, ribbons, bottle opener mechanisms, charms and multi-piece structures. The attachment must match the product’s use, weight, packaging and target market. We check key assembly points before packing.

Quality control runs throughout production, not just at the end. We check artwork and specs, mold and sample quality, surface finish and edges, plating consistency, enamel color accuracy, print position, epoxy surface, attachment strength, magnet and keyring function, packaging correctness and final appearance before shipment. This staged approach helps trade buyers reduce risks like logo errors, inconsistent plating, color mismatch, weak attachments or packaging mistakes.

Packaging options range from simple bulk packing (individual poly bag, export carton) to retail-ready solutions (backing card, display card, velvet pouch, gift box, acrylic capsule, custom branded packaging). We recommend planning packaging early — it may affect artwork dimensions, product size and packing method.
