Before a purchase order goes out, most buyers need to confirm three things: that the factory is real, that it can pass their company’s supplier approval process, and that the shipment will not be stopped at customs or by a retailer’s compliance team.

Below are the certifications, audit reports and material test reports we currently hold, each with its issuing body, reference number and validity period, so you can verify them one by one.One distinction matters here. Certification answers whether a supplier is qualified. It does not answer whether a specific batch was made correctly. That second question is settled by artwork approval, pre-production samples, in-process checks and pre-shipment inspection. We keep those two things separate on this page on purpose.

QUALITITY MANAGEMENT
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certification
ISO 9001 is the most basic document in this set. It answers one question: if the same artwork goes into a fifth production run, will the output still match the first.
SMETA (Sedex) Audit Report
SMETA is one of the most widely used social compliance audit formats in global supply chains. It covers labour standards, health and safety, working hours, wages and other key areas.

For categories not listed, or where your compliance team needs additional test items, send us the requirement. We will check whether existing reports cover it and, if not, quote a separate test for the project.
What Certification Does Not Replace
Certification answers whether a factory is qualified. It does not answer whether a batch was made correctly. Mixing the two is one of the most common causes of sourcing problems.Whatever documents a supplier holds, these steps still decide whether the goods are right. We list them here because you should review both sides when you assess us.
Artwork approval
bitmap redrawn to vector, with manufacturable dimensions derived from the process. Minimum line width 0.2mm, minimum colour fill 0.3mm for soft enamel and 0.5mm for imitation hard enamel, minimum cut-out 2mm
You Have a Photo, a Sketch or a Physical Sample Pre-production sample sign-off

In-process control
