How We Control Attachment, Double-Sided Print and Keyring Strength
Attachment assembly
Split rings, flat rings, chains, jump rings, lobster clasps and swivel hooks each need a different connection hole and direction. We lock the pendant hole position and orientation at the mold stage so the attachment sits centered and does not twist. Lobster clasps and hooks are tested for open-close spring force so they do not come loose in use.
Single to Double Side Keychain Custom Upgrade Options Double-sided print alignment
Acrylic and printed keychains fail when the two sides do not line up. We lock the front and back artwork to the same base line at layout, then set the cut edge and hole position in one pass so the artwork does not shift, the logo is not punched through, and the two sides meet cleanly.
Landmark-souvenir-keychain Keyring strength
The ring takes the most daily load. We control wire diameter, spring return and opening flatness so the ring holds keys without deforming, opening up or scratching the hand. Bulk orders get a sample pull and return test.

1.Design Artwork & Specification Confirmation
Send your logo, artwork or idea with the basic project details. Our in-house design team prepares or adjusts the artwork, confirms the key specifications, and provides a quotation before production begins.
2.Mold Making or Printing Preparation
Custom metal, enamel, PVC and shaped keychains require mold preparation before production. For acrylic or printed keychains, we confirm the artwork layout, printing method, cutting position and hole placement before base production begins.
3. Metal Forming, PVC Injection or Base Production
The keychain body is produced using the process best suited to the material and design. Depending on the product, this may include zinc alloy die casting, metal stamping, PVC injection, acrylic cutting, wood shaping or other suitable forming methods.
4. Polishing, Plating & Surface Treatment
Metal keychains are deburred and polished before the approved surface finish is applied. Available treatments include shiny plating, antique plating, matte finishes, spray painting and other effects selected according to the design.
5. Coloring, Printing, Epoxy or Engraving
The approved artwork is completed with the required decorative process, such as enamel color filling, UV printing, silkscreen printing, pad printing, epoxy coating or laser engraving.
6. Accessory Assembly, Quality Inspection & Packing
We assemble the keychain accessories, inspect the finished products for appearance and function, and pack them according to the confirmed requirements before shipment.
